DFM Review Before Every Quote
Every uploaded drawing is reviewed by an engineer before we price it. We flag bend radii that will crack, holes too close to bends, and tolerances tighter than the process needs — then suggest the fix. The quote you receive is for a part we know we can make.
A Controlled Fabrication Chain
3kW fiber laser cutting, 6020 + 1.3 m CNC press brakes, AMADA 255 turret punch, 110 t / 60 t / 80 t presses, welding, riveting, tapping, polishing, powder coating and CNC machining are managed as one controlled fabrication chain.

Incoming material checks, first-article inspection and in-process sampling are recorded before shipment. Dimensional reports, surface checks and pre-shipment photos are available when specified in the order.
Export Packing & Global Shipping
Parts are wrapped, corner-protected and packed in export-grade cartons or wooden crates. We support air freight for urgent orders and sea freight for volume orders; transit time and Incoterms are confirmed in each quotation.
CNC Machining
Need CNC-milled aluminum parts or precision turned features alongside your sheet metal? Our CNC machining division produces them to the agreed drawing and inspection plan — quoted together, shipped together, one point of contact.
