What file formats do you accept for quoting?

DXF, STEP, STP, PDF, DWG and IGES. Flat patterns or 3D models both work. If you only have a sketch or a photo of a sample part, send it anyway — our engineers can work from that too.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

Prototype quantities can be evaluated, including one-piece samples where the process allows. Material, finishing and setup requirements may create a practical minimum order quantity; the applicable MOQ is confirmed in the quotation.

Question 3

How fast is the quote and the lead time?

Accepted Answer

Our target is to return an engineer-reviewed quotation within 24 hours after receiving a complete RFQ with usable drawings and requirements. Production and transit lead times depend on process, quantity and finishing, and are confirmed in the quotation.

Question 4

Will my drawings stay confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sign NDAs on request, drawings are only accessed by the quoting and production engineers, and we never showcase customer parts without written permission.

Question 5

What materials and thicknesses can you process?

Accepted Answer

Carbon steel up to 10 mm, stainless steel up to 6 mm and aluminum up to 6 mm on our 3kW fiber laser; long-bed CNC bending; stamping with 110 t / 60 t presses. Common grades include SPCC, SGCC, 304/316 stainless and 5052/6061 aluminum. CNC machining is available for aluminum, steel and brass.

How do you handle quality control?

Incoming material checks, first-article inspection and in-process sampling are recorded according to the order requirements. Dimensional reports, surface checks and pre-shipment photos are available when specified in the quotation or purchase order.
